DESCRIPTION AND ORIGIN

Rosemary is the dried leaves of Rosmarinus officinalis. Rosemary is generally grown in Spain, Portugal, France and Yugoslavia. The slender, pine needle - like, brownish - green leaves have a tea - like aroma and a bitter camphoraceous flavor.
